I (we) attest & certify that all the offered products are in compliance with all local & State regulations.  I (we) understand that vendor space is limited to an outdoor 10 feet by 15 feet area assigned on the Brazil Farmers Market grounds for free on this Market day  I (we) understand that if additional space is needed that all efforts will be made to provide an adjacent space to the vendor space I (we) currently have been assigned.  I have reviewed and signed the Hold Harmless Agreement.  It is further understood that I (we) are responsible for all local, State, & Federally required insurance, permits, sales taxes to be collected, licenses, etc. for all the products offered.
