As a community theater we need you! There are many ways to be involved. Fill out this form to be connected to our volunteer coordinator. Checking off boxes on this form indicates your interest, and not an obligation. We are building a database of volunteers to contact regarding specific shows.

Are you interested in volunteering for a crew position? Mark all that apply.

Costuming- sourcing and making costumes for our shows. Communicating with the director and bringing in items by a due date.

Properties- sourcing and making props for our shows. Communicating with the director and bringing in items by a due date.

Sets- Helping or building set pieces for a show.

Assistant Stage Manager- Working backstage to move sets, props, and help actors. Would require attendance at all performances.

Technical Help- Designing sound and light cues for a show. We have a computer and program for this.

Technical Help- Running a light and/or sound board and cues during a show. Would require attending all performances.

Are you interested in volunteering for a house position? Mark all that apply.

Box Office- checking in patrons who have tickets, managing ticket sales (virtual and cash) at the door, helping to check space and instruct ushers. This could be one or more show dates.

Usher- Handing patrons programs, answering questions. Communicating needs with the house manager. One or more show dates.

House Manager- Setting out concessions (we have a donation system for this), setting out signs and programs before patrons enter. Communicate with stage manager about opening and holding house. Getting patrons back after intermission. Working with ushers to tidy space after shows. One or more show dates.

Social Media- creating ads for Facebook, website, and email communications.

Design- poster and postcard design

Photography- coordination with directors to attend rehearsal(s) to take photos for use in ads and the NCP archives.

Web Updater- Creating and posting updates for newsletter and event calendars
