You will work alongside the founder & Managing Director of Confetti, Rishabh Jain.
The founder's office role will give you a closer look into what it's like to build and scale India's fastest growing design agency from a 50-people team to a 200-people team in the next few years while working with the biggest clients from around the world.
This role will include you dipping your feet that Rishabh is directly involved in. Finance, high-ticket sales, organization structure, recruitment & beyond. Additionally, you will be Rishabh's left-hand man/woman to ensure his productivity is maximized -> which by extension will lead to the aforementioned growth of the business.
