We are opening up jersey orders for the summer and need you to respond as quickly as possible.

Note: Players/families can purchases extras, either for themselves or to potentially trade at the tournament. Please order in the EXTRA sections.

Name: ALL CAPS as provided by players
Year on team: New Sparks player or returner
Numbers: Enter your requested jersey numbers, "1st, 2nd, 3rd" choice in case the your first choice is taken.

Once you place an order, you will receive a Google Submission email. Please keep the email and use the link to change or update your order. It is important to note that you should not submit more than one order for each player.
Please take a moment to review the sheet to verify the details of your order and the total cost (we will send a follow-up email prior to ordering). To avoid any over or under-payments, we recommend that you wait until you have reviewed the sheet before making any payment.
