All Clague 8th graders will have the opportunity to participate in a memorable trip to Northern Michigan and make lasting memories! Field trips provide students with experiences to help them learn and grow while under the supervision and guidance of school staff and parent chaperones. The trip will include charter bus transportation to the Traverse City area where the group will explore Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore with park rangers, enjoy and stay a night at Great Wolf Lodge Resort (Waterpark/Hotel) with access to the arcade, have a guided tour of the Boardman River & Nature Center, and spend an afternoon in downtown Traverse City (May 21st - May 22nd).

Please complete this form promptly so that we have an accurate headcount. Deadline to register is October 17th, late registrations may not be accepted. Our goal is to ensure participation of every member of the 8th grade and to make this trip a success!

The total cost is $275 per student with a $25 deposit, as a part of the total cost.
You can pay in FULL or break your payments up:
$25 Deposit due by 10/17/25
$125 due by 12/12/25
$125 due by 3/6/26

Ways to Pay:
> Cheddar Up (choose the ACH option for no processing fee): 
> Cash - in an envelop with student's first and last name on it & amount
> Money Order/Checks - written out to Clague PTSO, in an envelop with student's first and last name on it & amount * Cash/Money Orders/Checks will need to be turned into the main office*

Costs will NOT keep any student from attending.

You are not considered an attendee of the trip until the required forms are signed turned in, regardless if payments have been made or not.

The number of committed participants determines the final price of the trip. If there are any remaining funds, those funds will support the end of the year 8th Grade celebrations, per PTSO.
