Join us starting April 20th for a 6 week running & strength training group for the Run The World Virtual 5K, 10K and Half Marathon taking place on May 30th!
I've teamed up with professional run coach and Beachbody coach Sam Friedel to create an incredible runners only accountability group unlike anything we've ever done before! You have the chance to become a faster, more durable and stronger runner!
