Congrats, GRADUATE!!! To commemorate your 4-H membership and celebrate your 2023 HS graduation accomplishment, I would like to recognize you with a certificate and 1 tassel, compliments of Fulton County 4-H! Please use this form to make your request no later than May 15, 2023. When your items are ready, we will contact you to pick up at the Fulton County OSU Extension office.
We are so proud of your graduation and your involvement in 4-H! We hope that you continue on in your involvement as you approach your last year(s) as a youth member, but certainly hope your passion for the program doesn't stop there as there's so many opportunities to continue the great work as a volunteer in 4-H, too!
