- have full voting rights

- attend Learning Exchange Workshops for free

- attend many PACTA events for free

- receive discounts on selected events and services organised by PACTA BC

- can join a committee or project team

- may request that PACTA help to promote their businesses, non-profit organisations, events, and products

- are invited to participate in community discussions

- pay annual dues
