Chibi Chibi Con 2019 Vendor Registration

If you're a vendor looking to table at Chibi Chibi Con 2019, you're in the right place!

We consider "vendors" merchants doing mostly resale, in that they have personally made or designed 20% or less of their stock. Examples: local comic or anime merchandise stores tabling at CCC, artists' guilds selling mostly the work of artists not present, or publishers. This year we are ONLY selling 6-foot and 12-foot tables. Each 6' table will be priced at $40, each 12' at $90, payments will all be made online, and tables must be paid for by our two week deadline before con (Jan 26th, 2019).

CCC 2019 will be held from noon to 11pm of February 9th, 2019. Setup for the AA begins at 10 AM, the AA opens at noon, and it closes at 8PM.

Have prepared:
- A link to a gallery with photos of your merchandise. Please avoid Facebook or Twitter if possible--just several pictures of your merch hosted somewhere like Imgur, Google Drive, or your website.
- A picture of a past con table setup if applicable, or, for first-timers, a mock-up table.

Vendors will be screened and applications will be accepted as first-come-first-serve.

Upon completion of this form you will receive an email noting that your application has been received. THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS A CONFIRMATION OF A TABLE. Please check email regularly for a confirmation of approval or waitlist.
