As you know, the FDA gave the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine emergency authorization to use in children ages 5-15 years old and full approval to use in people ages 16 years and older. The Barbour County School District is now reevaluating our mandatory mask policy. The information you provide in this survey will greatly assist in making decisions regarding the future of our mandatory mask policy.

Please indicate your preference regarding our current mandatory mask policy (All students and employees must wear masks/face coverings while inside of school buildings and on school buses. Mask are not required for outside activities such as PE and athletics). *

I think mask should continue to be worn at this time and a reevaluation should occur in January, 2022.

I feel that masks should no longer be required and the mandate should end immediately.

I am unsure at this time or have no opinion.
