INSTRUCTIONS

Below, you'll find a section for each merchandise item.

Please indicate which size(s) you'd like for each, if applicable.
Only fill out information for items/sizes you'd like- the rest can remain blank. For example: if you want two adult T-shirts- one in size medium and one in size large- select "M" under "item #1" and "L" under "item #2" in the "Adult Unisex Tee" section, and leave everything else blank.
If you'd like to order additional items or have any questions/concerns, feel free to use the "additional notes" section beneath each item.

PLEASE NOTE:

These images are mockups; merchandise may vary in appearance once printed.
Availability of each item is dependent on interest. If we don't reach a minimum number for a print run of a particular style, we won't be able to order it. If this happens, you'll receive an email to let you know and allow you to choose something else, if you'd like.

FINAL STEPS

Once all forms have been submitted, you'll receive an email with a payment total along with any additional information (such as timeline, shipping, or pickup instructions).

Your order will not be completed until payment is received, so please be sure to keep an eye out for this email!
