House of Inspiration (H.O.I) Family Fundraiser Nominations
Now is your chance to nominate your favorite person, friend or family member for a chance for them to be honored at the House of Inspiration (H.O.I) Family Music and Arts Festival Fundraiser. 

Our family awards fundraiser will have music, dancing, live performances, food for sale, and a presentation of all the awardees! All of the proceeds raised will go towards the festival which focuses on health and wellness.

The family awards fundraiser will take place at 5pm Saturday June 22nd at the Thelma D. Burns Building located at 575 Warren St, Boston, MA 02121.

Please Fill out by June 17th to be considered.
