Challenge a Meeting Room Hold
A meeting room 'hold' indicates potential interest by an established group planning either a large event or frequent small events. However, holds are just 'penciled-in' notes on our calendar which are unpaid and unofficial.

Any hold may be 'challenged' at any time by other groups desiring to reserve the date/room/time.

Once a challenge is issued, the group with the hold must decide to either A) reserve (pay for) the room being challenged, or B) release their hold.

If the group being challenged releases their hold, the challenger must promptly reserve the room.

To determine your reservation cost, simply take your total requested hours times the room's hourly rate, as shown on our Rate Sheet (link below).
