Virtual Conference on: Open access, preprints and research impact

December 10, 2020. 15:00 - 17:00 CET (GMT + 1)

In the context of the OASE ("Open Access Effects") project, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, we cordially invite researchers, librarians, publishers, and other scholarly stakeholders to participate in a virtual conference on "Open access, preprints and research impact".

The conference aims to gather research on studies that shed light on the complex relationship between the structural conditions Open Access (OA) and preprint publishing is embedded in, OA and preprint output, and the impact they generate. The full programme and list of speakers can be found here: https://sites.google.com/view/oase-conference. We hope to use this opportunity to spark some discussion between conference participants, and generate new ideas for future research directions.

More information on the OASE project can be found here: https://www.zbw.eu/en/research/web-science/open-access-effects

Please register to attend the conference via the form below. Participants will receive a Zoom link prior to the start of the conference.
