We are local Oregon and Washington businesses who are deeply concerned about the public health, safety, and economic risks that Zenith Energy poses to our businesses and our community. We do not believe Zenith Energy is a business partner we can trust. For this reason, we are urging the Oregon DEQ and the City of Portland to deny any upcoming permits for the company and hold the company accountable to its many years of documented violations.

As business owners, we know that trustworthy and transparent behavior is not only possible and achievable, it’s necessary. We should have higher standards of practices for the businesses operating in our community. Zenith’s operations involving crude oil and renewable fuels will continue to pose severe health and safety risks to communities. We strongly urge both the DEQ and the City of Portland to take action against Zenith Energy.
