Bep YouthTalks is about raising the profile of talk across Bristol and giving young people a powerful voice and platform to speak about issues which matter to them. BEP Youth Talks training and events will take place in each partner school – culminating in a BEP-wide event in October 2024.


Key points:

  • Selected students in each participating BEP school will receive training from Ignited Presenting (March – April 2023)
  • Students will participate in a BEP YouthTalks event at their own school (May – July 2024)
  • Outstanding contributions from each school will participate in a BEP-wide event in October 2024
  • Talks to be for a maximum of 8-10 mins.
  • Deadline for applications – 31 Jan 2024
