Dear Parents/ Guardians:
For 2024, Surround Care is pleased to offer a summer program for students enrolled in the West Bridgewater Public Schools entering grades 1-6. The program will run from
Monday, June 24 through Thursday, August 15, 2024. All registrations must be completed and returned no later than Friday, May 24, 2024.
The Surround Care Summer Program is located at the Middle-Senior High School at 155 West Center St, West Bridgewater. The program hours are
Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Transportation is not provided)
As a professional staff, we care very much about your children and are here to provide a safe and happy environment for self-directed, adult-supervised activities, while having lots of summer fun.
Activities will include:
Arts & Crafts, Makerspace, Indoor and Outdoor Free Play, Music, Games, Waterplay & Sports.
We will take walking trips to local places such as Friendship Park and Town Park.
We offer full week or daily enrollment. Drop-in attendance is not accepted. Payment in full must be included with your registration. Refunds are not given for missed or canceled days. Surround Care is self-supported, funded entirely by parent’s paid tuition.
Cost: Cost includes 2 snacks with drinks daily and all activities. Please pack a lunch and a refillable water bottle for your child each day as the cafeteria is not available throughout the summer months.

No refunds will be honored after this date. All students must have prior financial obligations paid in full before they are allowed to register for our program.
* We will require all parents to sign up for text messaging communication. This ensures that we are able to
communicate with you quickly and efficiently when needed. You are also able to communicate with us as well.
Our primary method of communication is email, but if we need to reach you quickly, we will text.
* Cleaning and sanitizing of all program areas, as well as toys and supplies will occur frequently. All high touch
surfaces, as well as eating areas, will be sanitized regularly.
