2021 BWWDAY Vendor /Exhibitor Application
Thank you for your interest in participating as a Virtual Vendor/Exhibitor at this year's event 13th Annual Black Women's Wellness Day event, presented by The Foundation for Black Women's Wellness! We are excited by your interest and eager to learn more about your business, product, and services. This year's event will be hosted on Friday & Saturday, September 24-25, 2021.
Participating as a Vendor/Exhibitor at BWWDAY offers wide exposure for your brand, business, organization, products and services with an engaged audience of women who value quality and loyalty with brands they trust. Build visibility and relationship in our lively virtual space over our two-day event which features 24-hour participant access to the Virtual Exhibit Hall.
Reservation of a Vendor/Exhibitor space is available for non-profit and for-profit organizations on a first-come, first-serve basis until space runs out. Please complete the questions below in order to apply for a space. Once approval is granted by FFBWW-BWWDAY staff, additional instructions will be sent. If approved, the Vendor/Exhibitor assumes the responsibility and liability for all losses, damages, and claims arising out of your participation in this event and virtual exhibit space. Exhibitors agree to be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to the showcasing and sale of products and services.
Refunds & Cancellations
