If you hire a screening room, you will also get shared use of the bar/cafe area. The bar/cafe is open from 10am-11pm daily. So if you're hosting a private screening, your guests would be welcome to hang around for pre/post-screening drinks! If you're planning a kids party & you're hoping to use the bar, we have specific packages available.

Bar Hire: Due to the layout of the venue it's not possible to hire the bar privately without hiring both screening rooms too. So if you’re looking for private bar use, ‘exclusive venue hire’ is the option for you!

Would your event be private (guest-list only) or public (tickets sold)?

For private events, you can watch anything you supply on DVD, BluRay or DCP (to be delivered one week prior). For public events, we can send over more info on ticket sales & film licensing.

Our standard formats are DCP, BluRay or DVD. We also offer laptop HDMI for presentations. If you don't have a DCP don't worry! We offer a DCP creation service.  All hirers get a 15 min screen test free of charge. Let us know what you've got in mind and we'll send over more info.
