Founded in 2018, Stoney Creek's Art in the Parking Lot is a one day arts festival celebrating local arts and community in Olde Stoney Creek, with a great selection of local visual artists, artisans, authors, live music and more. Our main mission is to celebrate local arts, while helping local artists and community thrive!

All applications will be reviewed and accepted artists/ authors/ vendors will be notified within 7 days of submitting their application.
All accepted vendors will receive an invoice link once accepted, that can be paid via debit, credit, or e-transfer within 3 business days of receiving invoice.  *

TERM & CONDITIONS 
By submitting your application, you consent, have read, will abide by and agree to the following terms and conditions listed below:
·       Delivery vehicles will be permitted access to the parking lot to set-up between 8:30am- 10:45am.
·       Vendors may setup between the hours of 9:00am- 10:45 am
·       Any vendor arriving late may be refused entry and forfeit their vendor fee
·       Vendor teardown/ clean up will take place between 5-6 pm. All materials must be removed from the park by 7 pm.
·       Vendor booth space will be assigned- each confirmed vendor will be provided with a site map and booth # the week prior to the festival
·       All food vendors are required to provide & post a valid operator’s health permit.
·       Vendors will be responsible for and will cover any additional cost incurred by Olde Town Stoney Creek Community Association as a result of vendor actions/ negligence.
·       All artwork & displays must be set up in a safe manner- heavy artwork should not be suspended from tents
·       Any vendor caught in violation of any of the terms & conditions listed may forfeit the right to attend any future OTSC events. Olde Town Stoney Creek Community Association has the right to remove any vendor who is in violation of any of the terms at any time throughout the event.
·       Once a vendor is approved to participate in Art in the Parking Lot, the vendor fee is non-refundable
·       Olde Town Stoney Creek Community Association reserves the right to accept or reject this application.

I agree and comply with all terms & conditions stated on this application; and;
I agree not to hold Olde Town Stoney Creek Community Association or any volunteers/ employees/ contractors, liable for any loss, damage, injury or other as a vendor participant in the Art in the Parking Lot event. (Agreement by submitting application)

1. What is the Application Deadline? 
We will be accepting applications until Sunday August 3rd, 2025. 

2. Will there be washrooms on site? 
Yes, we have use of the public washrooms located inside the pavillion at Battlefield Park.

3. Are tables and chairs provided? 
Tables and chairs are not provided and must be supplied by the vendor. It is strongly recommended that all vendors bring a tent as well. **Authors will be provided with a 3 ft table space in a covered area.**

4. Will vendors be supplied with a festival map? 
Yes, a map of the festival will be sent out and vendor locations will be available on site during check-in
