This form is for ordering the PCB for Google's NSynth Super Project ( https://nsynthsuper.withgoogle.com ). The PCB will have blue solder mask with white silkscreen and will include all the surface mount parts professionally soldered on (by machines!!). Each board costs $42 (the Mouser cart alone for the SMD parts is $46). By filling out the form, you are reserving at least 1 board (ETA end of April). When I place the order, I will send a PayPal request to the email address you provide for the sum of your order plus shipping.
