Kentucky Christian Writers Conference 2025 Scholarship Application
Scholarship applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Kentucky Christian
Writers Conference. The deadline for applications is May15, 2025. Scholarship
recipients will be notified by June 1, 2025. 

Three $225 scholarships will be awarded to prayerfully selected applicants. The awards
will be applied as follows: 
  • $125 will be applied toward the regular 2025 conference fee of $249. Recipients will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of $124. 
  • $100 will be a reimbursement toward submitted travel/lodging receipts. 

The rules are as follows: 
  • Each applicant must completely fill out the form found here. 
  • Applicants who have previously received any scholarship to attend KCWC are not eligible for the award.
  • Awards are not transferable.
  • The $125 award toward the conference fee is a non-cash award.
  • Awards are to be used during the 2025 KCWC conference season only.
  • Applicants must read and be in compliance with the KCWC Statement of Faith and Values.

I certify that the information I have submitted is true and correct. I authorize the release of this information to members of the KCWC (Kentucky Christian Writers Conference) Executive Board. All decisions of the Executive Board are final and if I am granted the scholarship, I agree to the publication of my name and likeness by KCWC in publicity and promotional pieces. I agree to the conditions established for this scholarship award by KCWC. I understand that this scholarship award is only good for the 2025 conference and is contingent upon my attending the conference. I understand this scholarship’s total value is $225 and will be disbursed in the following manner: $125 non-cash deduction from the regular 2025 conference fee of $249; and $100 reimbursement of submitted travel/lodging receipts. I further understand that the remaining balance of $124 is due from me prior to the 2025 conference date. In the event that I am unable to attend the conference, the scholarship will be awarded to a new recipient without further obligation to me on the part of KCWC. *

We at the Kentucky Christian Writers Conference believe that “Scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16 NIV). In this holy text, we seek and find all that is necessary for godly living. We receive and confess the Christian faith as contained in the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments. We believe in God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We strive to speak where the Bible speaks and maintain silence where the Bible is silent, thereby honoring the standards of unity in Christian faith and love. *
