Yearbook Wait List
The final order deadline for the yearbook was April 9. The staff has employed multiple marketing and communication strategies to inform both parents and students of the deadline. This included several emails, a direct mailing to home, listing on the school calendar, signage on campus, PA announcements, ads on social media, in the school newspaper, and online at
, and tables at lunch to name a few.
The school ordered 1200 copies of the yearbook from Balfour in the fall based on sales projections. Once these books are claimed through payment, then they are sold out. No additional copies can be purchased due to printing costs. If not all copies are reserved, then the remaining will be sent to the school for sale at distribution at $100 each. Any unsold books will be stored then disposed of if in excess.
If a student misses the order deadline and there are still unclaimed copies of the yearbook, then they can purchase a copy after distribution on a first come, first serve basis. If a student misses the deadline and the yearbooks are sold out or they sell out at distribution, unfortunately there is no way to purchase a book from Balfour. It's important to order early to guarantee a copy. The yearbooks went on sale in August for a discounted price and have been available for purchase all year. The aforementioned communications strategies have been employed starting in August and throughout both semesters.
This wait list is in case you missed the deadline to order and are hopeful the books did not sell out, and there are copies at distribution. You will be notified if there are any copies at distribution in May upon receipt of the orders. Then, it's up to you to come and purchase from the
Web Store before the unclaimed books are sold out. We will also let you know if/when they are sold out.
