Downtown Staunton Street Entertainment Application
Please use the following form to apply for a permit to perform on the streets of downtown Staunton. This form must be completed yearly for each group/individual that wishes to perform on the streets of Downtown Staunton. For more information about locations and guidelines, please visit our website at www.StauntonDowntown.org.

PLEASE NOTE: Performers must also complete the individual performance application prior to each performance. It is a very quick form, but for liability reasons, the SDDA must have a record of any performance happening in the downtown area. A link to this form is on our website at www.StauntonDowntown.org.
