We are excited to announce our Entrepreneur-in-Residence program at School of Food (1412 N Wolfe St).
We are accepting rolling applications, with leases starting as early as April 2018. We're offering our teaching kitchen space that comes fully equipped with brand new state of the art cooking equipment for a rate of $25/ hour. Limited storage is available.
Based on interest, we may be able to accept more than one entrepreneur to use the space.
Details: Hours will occur Sunday to Friday from 5:30 am - 4:30 pm. As per Baltimore City Health Department requirements, you will need to meet their criteria for permitting: Food Service Manager's Certificate, Menu and HACCP, plus a check or money order for your applicable food permit.
