We do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. However, you can easily change your ticket with a $3.00 exchange fee per transaction (Subject to availability). Season subscription tickets are always free to exchange.

Tickets may only be exchanged for a different performance day and time for the same production. 

Exchanging tickets for a different production within the season is not permitted. No exceptions.

If you missed your performance, complete this form within 24 hours to choose a new date. After that, there is no exception to choosing a new date.

If you want to upgrade seat levels during the exchange, you will pay the difference + the exchange fee.
