I release and hold harmless all members of the Sabin Harvest Days board, volunteers, sponsors and the City of Sabin from any damage, theft, loss or personal injuries sustained during the Sabin Harvest Days. I understand and agree to be responsible for my float/parade unit at all times. I release the Sabin Harvest Days Committee, their sponsors and the City of Sabin from all liability and claims that might arise from the participation of myself and/or anyone in my group in the Sabin Harvest Days Parade. To ensure the safety of spectators, candy or other items can not be thrown from the vehicle but may be distributed by people walking next to the vehicle or float. All of the vehicle's wheels must stay on the surface at all times. All vehicles must stay in formation and keep a constant speed along route.
