If you are interested in serving as an Executive Board Member for the Tampa Bay Breastfeeding Task Force, Please complete the follow form and attend our April Quarterly Meeting for final board selection.
Positions include:
Board Chair: leads meetings and initiatives for the next two years
Past Chair: Elizabeth Good will fill this position
Chair Elect: (this person will become the chair in the next cycle)
Treasurer: Handles deposits, payments, and financial reports, completes taxes and annual sunbiz/solicitations reports.
Historian: takes meeting minutes, shares minutes with e-board, sends meeting announcements, updates social media with meeting dates/times.
Executive Board Members at Large: Contributes to the discussion, works on committees for various events throughout the year (i.e.: annual conference, scholarship review, advocacy, awareness/celebratory events)
Time commitment:
Executive Board Members will meet Monthly on Zoom on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 1-2:30 pm
May 10, June 14, July 12, Aug 9, Sept 13, Oct 11, Nov 8, DEC TBD
Executive Board Members will meet with the membership at large on the follow dates (via zoom or in person) from 12:30 - 2:00 pm.
