Here are some examples. NYC Health announced today that all New Yorkers should wear a face covering when leaving the house. Elastic seems to be in short supply nation-wide, so attaching "ties" to tie behind the head would probably be better than elastic loops for the ears.
There is a way to make them with a pocket to slip a piece of replaceable N95 filter inside. I'm not sure how this works, but I trust you who sew are more capable at visualizing and creating than I am.
