As detailed in the Compass communication, we will be providing opportunities for parents to schedule a 10 minute meeting to discuss their child’s re-entry to school following remote learning. The focus of the meetings will be around student wellbeing and re-entry to school for Term Four, not on academic engagement or progress. To get the greatest benefit from your meeting, we ask that you please complete the form below before the meeting. This will enable us to guide the discussion appropriately and ensure we get the most out of the meeting time.

You may also choose to use this form to indicate that you do not wish to book in a meeting, but instead just inform your child's teacher of anything they should be aware of regarding your child's wellbeing or return to on-site learning.
