Guelph and Kitchener-Waterloo are full of clever and intelligent people. Often their unique sense of humour gets confined to barstool or the coffee table. The Making-Box's FIRST TIMERS show was created to give people like you a platform to explore the world of stand-up comedy in the warmest possible environment. At FIRST TIMERS future-comedians and audience members come together to celebrate people trying something for their first time. Since 2013, The Making-Box has inspired hundreds of people to try stand-up comedy and we'd love to give you this opportunity as well. FIRST TIMERS sets are 5 minutes or less.
