Why would you like to try private yoga?
I'm brand new and want to learn in the privacy of my home.
I've heard yoga is good for relaxation and stress management. I'm looking to slow down and chill out.
I'd like to learn more about meditation and/or yoga philosophy.
I'd like to to increase my flexibility and/or build strength.
I'm looking for a gentle way to exercise with an injury/condition.
Yoga has been suggested to complement another form of exercise (running, swimming, weight training, team sports, etc.)
I've been practicing for a long time and I want to do advanced postures (ex: handstands, headstands, arm balances).
I have questions about alignment, flows, and/or other yoga concepts.
Do you have any hesitations about trying yoga? (No judgement! I've been there, heard it all before, and am happy to address these concerns with you.)
I'm not flexible.
I'm uncertain about how religious/spiritual it is.
It doesn't seem like much of a workout.
I don't really understand how it can help with relaxation.
It doesn't seem like it will come naturally to me.
