SciCoder 2026: George Mason University • Workshop Application
Please complete the following information to apply to attend the SciCoder 2026 Workshop, 14-18 July 2026. The workshop is hosted and sponsored by the Mason Space Center, George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.

The number of seats available are much fewer this year than previous years (~ < 10). Applications will be accepted until seats are filled. If your institution might be interested in hosting a SciCoder workshop, contact demitri@scicoder.org. This registration form will be closed once the workshop is at capacity.

The workshop fee of $400 for the week will be due upon acceptance and is required to secure your seat. A receipt will be provided at the workshop.

Computer & Software Information
All participants are expected to provide their own laptops with at least 20GB of free space on their internal hard drive (or an external drive). Your laptop must have an installation of Mac OS X or Linux. If you run Windows, we will provide suggestions for installing Linux in a virtual environment or as a dual boot option, but for technical support on this your best bet is to speak to your local system administrator.
