1.     Fill out all required fields in the form below and click Submit (no payment is required until you receive an email from SlavicCamp.com with payment instructions. Please only submit 1 form per room)
2.     Within 48 hours, you will receive an email with a PayPal invoice.  (You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay)
3.     Pay the invoice with credit card within 48 hours of receiving it.
4.     Once your payment is received and room is reserved, you will receive a confirmation email.
