Application for GilsfjordurArts Residency 2020
GilsfjordurArts offers an artist residency in a former farmhouse in Gilsfjörður, Westfjords, Iceland. Inspired by the remote location, the "Brekka" is immersed in stunning landscape and silence at the end of the fjord. Brekka is roughly 12km along an unmade road from the village of Króksfjarðarnes on Route 60 about 200km north of Reykjavik. We offer seven 25 day self guided residencies to artists in our four bedroom farmhouse with shared upstairs studio, fees range from €700-900 Euros depending on room types. Please email me with any questions you have.
