Gispo's support service platform where you can get personal help and support for problems with open source GIS software (QGIS, PostGIS, GeoServer, QField, Mergin Maps, GDAL/OGR and MapProxy). You can send questions to
support@gispo.fiWe offer three kinds of support packages:
Basic - 2000€ (+ VAT) / 15 support hours per year
Pro - 6250€ (+ VAT) / 50 support hours per year
Enterprise - ask for an offer / customized
All of our support packages cover the whole personnel of your organization, but if you will, you can also purchase the service only for your team or for yourself.
Gispo's response time in Basic and Pro packages is eight hours (from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm GMT +2) and the estimated processing time is 0,5-2 hours. We will send support usage report every six months.
One purchase period is 12 months at a time. When the support is nearing its closure, you can lay it off (length of notice two months) or it will automatically start another purchase period of 12 months. We will send you an automatic email when your support is nearing its closure.
