Thank you for signing up to help with this year's TTU Golden Helix 5k on Sat. Oct. 26th! For race day volunteers, check in at the stairs of PRESCOTT Hall on Stadium Drive when you arrive.

Intending to be legally bound, I do hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize Tennessee Technological University, its officers, employees and agents, (the“University”) to use existing photographs, photograph, video tape, record,publish, re-publish, broadcast, re-broadcast, adapt, exhibit, perform, reproduce,edit, modify, make derivative works, distribute, display or otherwise use or reuse my name, image/likeness or voice in any media or technology now known or hereafter developed in connection with any product or service or promotional or informational campaign undertaken by the University in all markets as long as there is no intent to use the image, voice and/or likeness in a disparaging manner.University may exercise any of these rights itself or through any successors, transferees, licensees, distributors or other parties, commercial or non-profit.Please indicate your agreement to the foregoing by signing below.
Availability: (check all that apply) Meet at Prescott Hall on Stadium Dr. at stairs near Sherlock Park.
Group 1: BIGGEST NEED: Sat, Oct. 26th from 7:15 a.m - 9:15 a.m. Hold a sign, direct runners, provide aid, and act as a race official.
Group 2: Sat, Oct. 26th from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Clean up the course, clean up Prescott Hall, tear down balloons, and return materials to Foster Hall.
Fri, Oct. 25th. 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Meet in Foster #414 to check-in and take materials from Foster to Prescott. Help with registration, build the balloon arch, and mark the course.
Fri, Oct. 25th. 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Meet at the SW entrance of Prescott Hall to help with registration, build the balloon arch, mark the course, and clean-up.
Sat, Oct. 26th: 6 a.m. SET-UP CREW
ChemMED: Provide organization & execution of water, food, and aid stations (Fri evening & Sat morning)
