57 Medical QTC (Tele-ART)
Welcome to 57 Medical Tele-ART service.

Results are valid for pre-event tests (PPAT) in Singapore as well as pre-departure test (ART) travellers. If you have self-tested ART positive (AG+) at home and feeling well (Protocol 2), we can conduct a Tele-ART for confirmation of your ART status.

Receive your certified supervised ART test results in HealthHub App and over SMS/email within 4 hours.
For PDT(ART), you will receive a Notarized Health Memo via email.

Supervised ART (Tele-ART) service are available : 8am - 11pm Daily

Cost of Supervised ART (Tele-ART) Service:
Pay Per ART Test (PPAT) : SGD$12.00 nett
Community ART Testing (CAT) : SGD$12.00 nett
Pre-Departure Test (ART) : SGD$25.00 nett

Cost of Home Swab Service :
Pre-Departure Test (ART) : SGD$70.00 nett
Pre-Departure Test (PCR) : SGD$130.00 nett

NOTE : The supervised ART test service only includes the video consultation. You will need to provide your own ART kits (must be Singapore HSA-approved).
