The purpose of this questionnaire, presented by Monash University, is to gather information about the experiences of food delivery workers in Melbourne. In particular, this study concerns how delivery workers use and understand the city. Your answers may be used to help improve conditions for yourself and others.

The questionnaire will take around 10 minutes to complete. Please do share it with other riders. Thank you for your involvement.
