Elf Night Registration Form
Students in grades K-3 are invited to attend Elf Night on Friday, December 13, from 6-9 PM at York Catholic. Crafts, games, and a snack will be offered by the YC Student Ambassadors. This a great time for parents to finish their last minute preparations for Christmas while their children are having fun in a supervised atmosphere! All children must be registered with this permission form prior to the event and space is limited. Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. To assure we have adequate supervision, walk-ins will not be accepted the night of the event.
