IMPORTANT INFO - PLEASE READ
The mandate for this funding is to support projects, events, initiatives, research, and/or campaigns focused on anti-racism work in the Niagara region. All students and community members primarily residing, working, or going to school in the Niagara Region are welcome to apply for funding, once per project/event. Find more on eligiblity requirements here.
Max funding available per application is $250. The Fund for September to August will remain open to applications until funding is completely used, and then re-open September 1st each year.
Funds are limited, so we cannot guarantee all applications will be approved. Applications are processed on a first come-first serve basis.
Projects must take place within the fiscal period of which you apply (September - August). Applications for projects taking place outside of this period will be put on hold and revisited in the next fiscal year, or may require re-application.
A budget or cost breakdown is required, including (1) the amount you are requesting from this fund and what those funds will be used for and (2) any additional costs aside from this funding. Please see www.opirgbrock.com/anti-racism-fund for a template budget document if needed and reply to your confirmation email with your project budget upon completing your application.
Thank you for applying!
