Chancellor's Awards for Inclusive Excellence
The Chancellor’s Awards for Inclusive Excellence celebrate faculty, staff, students and community members who have advanced diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at App State.  

Please use the below form to nominate those from the App State and local community. You may make as many nominations as you would like, but only one nomination may be submitted per form.
