As Rotary and Rotaract clubs seek to improve their commitments to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), we recognize a need for a resource toolkit designed specifically for Rotaract clubs. Therefore, BWR is forming a committee of Rotaractors to collaborate and develop DEI resources that will serve as a toolkit for Rotaract clubs looking to implement these practices within their clubs.
Who should apply? If you have experience and passion for the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion field, as well as familiarity with organizing resources and tools for Rotaract clubs, please apply! We will be selecting 5 applicants that will serve on this committee alongside BWR Directors and a Rotarian DEI Subject Matter Expert Advisor. Initial commitment will be the duration of the 2020-21 Rotary year. Expected workload commitment will be monthly meetings and research, averaging 3-5 hours per month. Want to get our first team together by the end of September, but we will accept rolling applications in the future.
