2021 Summer Camp Registration
Due to health and safety protocols we must have an accurate headcount prior to starting this production, no students without completed registrations will be admitted. Your child's safety is our first priority. Do not send your child to rehearsal if they are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness. Full health and safety protocols will be emailed to you with your registration materials ONLY upon receipt of completed registration form. Thank you! COVID-19 WARNING: An inherent risk of exposure to the novel coronavirus/Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Covid-19 is a highly contagious disease that may result in personal injury, severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and persons with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Please visit the CDC’s website for its current guidance on people at increased risk for severe illness and other people who should take extra precautions. By attending JUNIOR STARS Rehearsals and or performances, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19.

Tuition is $600 this includes the required $50 deposit to hold your spot. Deposit must be paid at registration. Space is extremely limited. To claim your early registration discount you must sign up by May 1st. We accept cash, check or card payments. To pay your Tuition deposit ($50) by phone please call: 727-368-3594.
