RPOP 2022 Workgroups: Designing our Future - Resident Interest Form
Are you a Russell resident? Interested in joining Russell: A Place of Promise in the next/almost final stage of our incubation? Complete this interest form for our 2022 RPOP Workgroups: Designing our Future! In this next phase for RPOP, your expertise, knowledge, and skillset will provide our team with guidance and support to reach specific goals and outcomes that will help us move two of our key projects forward. We want to include you in the RPOP Workgroups as a Russell resident participant. Your role as a RPOP Workgroup Russell resident will consist of sharing your experience, dedication, and knowledge of Russell in relation to the new and innovative economic models and structures we will study together.

RPOP’s Workgroups are member-led shared learning groups that consist of Russell current and former residents, business owners, faith leaders, and learning partners in specific fields. The Workgroups meet regularly over the course of February - June 2022 to review, strategize, and design approaches for Black wealth building in Russell. The two Workgroups will be focused on RPOP’s planned development at 30th & Madison Street property and RPOP’s future Organizational Form. Our goal is to have each Workgroup composed of at least 70% Russell residents. The groups will be facilitated by RPOP Co-leads - staff and a dedicated Russell resident.

If you are a Russell resident and interested in being a part of the RPOP 2022 RPOP Workgroups: Designing our Future, please complete this interest form. It will take at least 15 - 20 minutes to complete. We look forward to working with you!

If you have questions about RPOP or this process, please email outreach@russellpromise.com.

Deadline to submit: Monday, January 31 at 11:59pm ET
