Thank you for your interest in applying for the 2018 Fall Festival! This form is for a FRESH FOOD/DRINK VENDOR, which is an organization or institution that will be preparing/cooking food/drinks on-site at the Fall Festival. These vendors are required to have proper health inspections through the Randolph County Health Department. You may click on the link below to print the 2018 Environmental Heath Department Forms that are REQUIRED TO BE FILLED OUT AND MAILED TO THE RANDOLPH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT NO LATER THAN August 31, 2018.
If your vending booth is generated from NON-PROFITABLE ORGANIZATION, in which ALL FUNDS RAISED ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUR NON-PROFITABLE ORGANIZATION, you may check the box on the form below as a NON-PROFITABLE/ SPONSORED VENDOR. Non-profitable, sponsored vendors are required to FILL OUT THE "RANDOLPH COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PERMIT EXEMPTION LETTER," which also requires verification of your Federal Tax ID number. Please note that at the conclusion of the Fall Festival, as a NON-PROFITABLE, SPONSORED VENDOR, you will be REQUIRED TO REMIT 10% OF YOUR GROSS RECEIPTS to the Randolph Arts Guild as a portion of your payment as a FRESH FOOD/DRINK VENDOR.
If your vending booth is not generated from a non-profitable organization, in which the FUNDS RAISED ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUR FOOD VENDING BUSINESS, you may be accepted as a PROFESSIONAL/UN-SPONSORED VENDOR , given you meet the requirements of the Asheboro Fall Festival Administration and the Randolph County Health Department. Please note that at the conclusion of the Fall Festival, as a PROFESSIONAL/UN-SPONSORED VENDOR, you will be REQUIRED TO REMIT 20% OF YOUR GROSS RECEIPTS to the Randolph Arts Guild as a portion of your payment as a FRESH FOOD/DRINK VENDOR.
We ask that you please conduct your business with honesty and integrity to help make this fund raising opportunity fair and beneficial to everyone involved.
Please be aware that all applications will be reviewed by the Fall Festival Administration and are subject to their approval. There is a $10 NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE THAT MUST ACCOMPANY THIS APPLICATION in order to be considered as a participant of the Fall Festival. All applicants will be notified no later than August 10, 2018 of their approval or declination of their application.
Upon receiving an ON-SITE COOKING VENDOR APPROVAL NOTICE, vendors will be REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR BOOTH SIZE FEE (in accordance with the BOOTH SIZE & FEE of your choice on the application below) to the RANDOLPH ARTS GUILD NO LATER THAN AUGUST 31, 2018.
The Fall Festival Administration will be contacting the approved vendors with further information regarding important dates as well as booth placement in the near future. We will take into consideration your preferences in your booth location, however, we cannot guarantee you the spot of your choice. Again, we thank you for your support and participation in the Asheboro Fall Festival, as we are diligently working to successfully continue in the 46th year of this celebrated tradition.
Upon signing this registration form, you are acknowledging that you have read the information, understand the requirements to participate, and agree to adhere to the Randolph Arts Guild and City of Asheboro's expectations. Violation of any requirements and expectations will result in the Asheboro Fall Festival Administration to not allow your participation in the Fall Festival.
