Thank you for choosing Oak Bros to conduct your tree work! At Oak Bros we try to schedule all of the work orders with at least one week notice to the client. However, due to events out of our control (inclement weather, breakdowns, crew availability, etc) or last-minute availability opening up, sometimes we need to reschedule and schedule jobs on short notice.
In response, we would like to create a 24-hour notice list. If you choose to sign up for our list, it will mean that if a time slot opens up or we need to reschedule quickly due to breakdowns and weather, you would be comfortable with Oak Bros giving a 24 hour or less notice to come out and perform the work on short notice. If you decide to opt in, we would add your name to a list for us to use while scheduling. If not, we would follow our normal protocol and contact you a week before we plan on coming out.
Please note this is NOT required, it is optional. Knowing client preferences helps tremendously while scheduling. Adding your name to the list does not guarantee we will get the work completed sooner, and not adding your name to the list does not mean that the schedule cannot change last minute. Our industry is very fluid and we are trying our best to provide the best service to each and every client. At any time you can sign up or be taken off the list.
