Remote Learners Takeout Meals **FREE to ALL children**
Ignacio School Nutrition Services is happy to announce that we will be providing a full week of take out meals
(5 Breakfasts & 5 Lunches) for our remote learners for pickup every Thursday.

***Meal order deadline is scheduled for the Thursday before each pick up day.***

Thursday, Sept. 24 at 10:00 PM is the deadline for Thursday, Oct. 1 meal pickup date.

**A new order form must be completed each week for each student!**

Please make sure the district nurse is aware of any food allergies.

Meals will meet the USDA guidelines and consist of 3 components for breakfast (grain, fruit & milk) and lunch will be 5 components (meat/meat alternate, grain, fruit, vegetable and milk or water) . Meals are determined based on product availability.
Please list the first and last name of your student (You must complete a separate order form for each student)
