Recreation PEI membership year is from April 1 - March 31.

1. Dedicated go!PEI Partner: $135
2. PEI Municipality (no Facilities): $85
3. PEI Municipality with Facilities*: $110
4. Independent Recreation Facility/Post-Secondary Institute/Camp/Club: $85
5. Independent Recreation Facility with Camp: $110
6. Corporate: $175
7. Affiliate (Like-Minded Organization): $50
8. Individual (Recreation Field or Student): $25

Membership fees are subject to HST. Invoices will be sent to registered members in mid-April.

All members are asked to complete this membership form. Municipalities which own and/or operate facilities are asked to consult with their facility operators to ensure only one membership form is submitted.

* Facilities include municipally owned rinks/arenas, pools, gymnasiums, and/or multi-purpose facilities.
