8:30AM Survival Boot Camp at Sea (Basic Life-Saving Skills, First Aid, Stroke Correction)

11AM Survival Boot Camp on Land (How to Pitch a Tent, Build a Bonfire, Poso Dishwashing)
12NN Lunch Time, Check-Out, Free Time at the Resort/Beach

Nature Class Fees:

Per Participating Child Package: PhP 4,000.00 (Early Bird rate is PhP 3,700.00 until January 25, 2017 only)

Fee Inclusive of Activities; Programs; Materials; Tent Accommodation (single mattress, pillow & blanket included); Use of CBR beach and free-for-all facilities; Set Lunch (upon arrival), Boodle Dinner Meal, Set Breakfast; Round-trip Transportation (via van from McDonald's Quezon Ave).

Parent, Guardian, Sibling Package: PhP 1,300/head

Fee Inclusive of Art and Ukelele Workshop; Tent Accommodation (single mattress, pillow & blanket included); Use of CBR beach and free-for-all facilities; Set Lunch (upon arrival), Set Breakfast; Round-trip Transportation (via van from McDonald's Quezon Ave). To join the Boodle Dinner, just add PhP200

*ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation may also be booked directly via www.crystalbeach.com.ph. CBR offers air-conditioned rooms, fan rooms, glamping and camping. Feel free to select based on your family size, budget and preference. Accommodation bookings for School By The Shore participants may avail of a 10% discount from the resort.

**TRANSPORTATION: Accompanying non-participants may arrange transportation separately. To join our van carpooling, please email us via schoolinabackpack@gmail.com. Please note that the Parent, Guardian, Sibling Package fee will apply.

***MEALS: A/C and fan rooms as well as glamping comes with a breakfast buffet (based on room capacity). There are available grills around the resort and they do not charge corkage for food and drinks (except for alcoholic beverages) brought in. It is your option to either bring your own food, hold a cookout there, or dine at their cafeteria.

HOW TO REGISTER

(The last day of registration is January 25, 2017. Complete payments must be settled on or before January 28, 2017 through bank deposit or at the camp site.)

1. Register

Fill in the registration form below (online registration). Make sure to fill up all fields with a red asterisk.

If you are registering for more than two children, please use the registration form again based on how many children you are registering so each child is properly registered.

2. Please wait for an e-mail confirmation regarding your registration and for your Statement of Account. Together with the Statement of Account, we will also send you the Waiver and Release Liability Form which you will need to sign and e-mail back to us.

3. Pay the applicable fee via BANK DEPOSIT.

To reserve a slot, there is a non-refundable (but transferrable) fee of PhP 1,000.00 per child. The rest of the amount can be deposited in increments of PhP 500.00 until the fees are fully completed by specified date above.

Bank account details will be emailed to you along with the Statement of Account. If your child is enrolled in Homeschool @ Valle Verde/Alabang, you may also register in person with Owie dela Cruz.

4. Confirm payment

Please send the following to schoolinabackpack@gmail.com (please send as soon as possible so we can reserve your slot):

a. scanned copy of bank deposit slip
b. name of child paid for written on the deposit slip
c. signed Waiver and Release Liability Form per child participant and per accompanying adult/s

*If you have registered in person, kindly request for an acknowledgement receipt and email this to us for your child's slot reservation.

5. You will receive an e-mail with your Acknowledgement Receipt. Please bring the Acknowledgement Receipt (together with a printed and signed waiver and release liability form) with you to School By The Shore 2017 (either print out or as provided in person) to facilitate check in and registration.
